The Oakwood Elementary Student Council teamed up with the Kindergarten students to hold a fundraiser and canned food drive for the area food banks.
The Student Council collected multiple boxes of items for the food pantries. The kindergarten students raised over $160.00 by selling popcorn to other students to supplement the food items collected.
