Antwerp once again wins Districts and now moves on to Regionals June 3 at 5pm at Patrick Henry High School. The Antwerp Archers took on seed 2 – Montpelier in the final game of Districts. The game took place at Bryan on Saturday, May 29. The game started with Antwerp coming on strong in the second inning and scoring four runs. The game became frustrating for the Locomotives when Antwerp just couldn’t be caught when the home team added another run in the fourth inning. Antwerp’s hitters performed well and the calls did well for the team. Montpelier ended up falling to the Archers 5-1.More pictures at westbendews.net
