September 14 the Antwerp Police Department received an order of arrest for a resident. The person was arrested and transported to the jail.
September 14 a resident reported an adult male, two children, and a paddle boat missing. The officer investigated and found everyone to be safe at home.
September 16 an alarm went off in a downtown business and the officer investigated and found everything secure.
September 17 a domestic dispute was reported on Washington St. The officer investigated, the parties were separated and a report was filed with the Prosecutor’s office.
September 18 a report was filed for a residence on River St for a junk violation. The owner was notified.
September 18 a vehicle was stopped for speeding on River St. The driver was cited for driving 54 in a 35 zone and for driving without a license.
September 20 a resident reported a dog running loose and barking at her. The officer responded and followed the dog back to its residence on Erie St and contacted the owners.
September 20 two landlords made two background requests on potential renters.
September 21 a phone call was received about an injured cat. The officer took the cat and had it treated.
September 21 an officer observed a vehicle driving erraticly. The officer found an elderly person having a medical emergency and he called the EMS, who then delivered the person to the hospital for treatment.
September 21 a resident of Fort Wayne called and asked to do a welfare check on his mother. The officer went to the residence and found everything to be okay.
