Leonard Leroy Wilks, 99 of Antwerp, passed away Saturday, October 9, 2021 at Vancrest of Hicksville.
Leonard was born in Cedarville, on November 29, 1921, a son of the late Catherine (Barton) and Noah Wilks.
He grew up on a farm where he enjoyed working with his family. He went on to factory work. Leonard excelled at his job. He loved to tell the story about how much his boss appreciated him. Leonard enjoyed watching football and the Chicago Cubs.
Leonard was the brother of Carrie Birkholder and Noah & Henry Wilks; uncle to many nieces and nephews.
The love of his life, Betty (Reeb) Wilks passed away on May 29, 2021.
His funeral service is 11 AM with viewing one hour prior on Wednesday, October 13th at Dooley Funeral Home, Antwerp.
He will be laid to rest at Maumee Cemetery.
