The Wayne Trace volleyball team held its awards banquet recently with several girls receiving special honors.
Those receiving special awards included (L-R) Kaitlin Slade (defensive most valuable player), Gracie Shepherd (offensive most valuable player, second team GMC, first team District VII), Harper Myers (most improved varsity) and Abbie Stoller (coaches award, captain).
Other special award winners but absent from the picture were Christina Graham (captain), Raelyn Schweinsberg (most improved junior varsity), Tori Young (most improved freshman) and Rachel Stoller (captain, honorable mention GMC, honorable mention District VII).
