The Antwerp Wrestling Club recently opened their wrestling season at the Wayne Trace Duals on January 16, 2022. Even though the little archers were competing short-handed, that didn’t stop them from putting on a great show. With the 2020 season being cancelled due to Covid-19, it was as if every wrestler was competing in the first match of their very young careers. Nine of the 12 wrestlers were able to earn at least one win on the day. Earning wins on the day were Ulrich Ziljstra, Duke Dangler, Olivia Kosch, Bennett Graham, Oliver McCague, Owen Dangler, Riel Gonzalez, Jameson Graham, and Cadem Ingol. Congratulations to all of the Archer wrestlers for their hard work at their first meet of the season.
