Carter Knoblauch, a senior at Woodlan High School, recently received several awards at the Indians State Hockey Tournament. He was awarded the J. Howard Guitard Memorial Award for Mental Attitude, which came with a $1,000 scholarship. The award was given to one senior player from the state. He was also named to the Academic All State Team and prior to the tournament, he was named to the All City First Team. As captain of the FW Vipers, he helped his team to a first place regular season finish. Carter is the son of Gene and Lori Knoblauch.
