PAULDING, OH:
Eunice H. Gerber, age 90, passed away on Thursday, March 24, 2022 at Homestead Assisted Living, Van Wert, OH.
Eunice was born on March 30, 1931 in Blue Creek Township, Paulding County, OH to the late Emil and Anna (Laukhuf) Stoller. On June 18, 1950, at age 19, she committed her life to the Lord, was baptized and became a member of the Latty Apostolic Christian Church. On March 18, 1951, she married Roger D. Gerber, who survives. They were married for 71 years and worked side by side on the family farm. She was a homemaker. She enjoyed her family and the beauty of God’s creation.
Eunice is also survived by four sons and their wives: Dr. Greg (Dianne) Gerber, Middletown, OH; Neil (Leesa) Gerber, Washington, IL; David (Patty) Gerber, Paulding, OH; Scott (Rhonda) Gerber, Kokomo, IN; 12 grandchildren; 24 great grandchildren; one sister, Anna Lou Grimm, Peoria, IL.
Eunice is also preceded in death by her two brothers, Melvin Stoller and Millard Stoller and five sisters: Lillian Eisenmann, Elizabeth Waters, Marie Moore, Lorine Hackenjos, and Nathalia Getz.
Funeral service will be 10:30 A.M. on Monday, March 28, 2022 at Latty Apostolic Christian Church with church clergymen officiating. Burial will be in Latty Apostolic Christian Church Cemetery.
Visitation will be 2:00 P.M. – 8:00 P.M. on Sunday, March 27, 2022 at Latty Apostolic Christian Church Fellowship Hall. There will also be visitation from 9:30 A.M. until time of services on Monday at church.
