Every nine weeks Paulding Junior High School teacher Phil Romero selects a Student of the Quarter to recognize a student who is making a positive contribution in the classroom. For the third nine weeks David Slawson was named Mr. Romero’s Student of the Quarter and received the “Kindness Counts” award. Shown in the picture is David and he earned a Dairy Queen gift card as his reward for being named Student of the Quarter.
