Virtue of Mercy – Winners for March by News Submissions • April 9, 2022 Avery is quick to notice when others are upset and always wants to help them. Ross shows mercy to his classmates by always being kind and respectful to everyone. He is always willing to help someone in need. Skylar shows mercy on a regular basis in class. Skylar saw a classmate struggling to understand a math assignment and took the initiative to help them. Skylar is always is looking to help others and is a the leader in her class. Luke is truly an amazing student in many ways showing mercy in both school and mass. Luke is devoted to his prayer during mass of offering his prayers to those in need. His love for God shines through everyday! Natalie was the biggest helper when another student was injured. From grabbing supplies, tissues and being another set of hands, Natalie was the first to help without being asked. Tinley is always seeking out ways to help others; under any circumstances no matter what she is doing, she is the first to help. She shows genuine compassion and mercy for those around her. Lauren shows mercy by always being available to help me or another student with a task. Annie is always there for her friends when they are upset or hurt. Raelynn always notices when another student is frustrated and sad and will take her own time to help. Cora always lets me know when someone is hurt or sad and takes her own time to help them. Dashlyn always does his best to help his classmates who may need help on understanding an assignment. When helping a classmate complete a Social Studies assignment, Dash did a wonderful job helping the student understand and complete the work. Thank you for always being willing to help others!
