PAULDING, OH:
Jason Paul Carnahan, age 48, went to be with the Lord on Sunday, April 17, 2022 at Broward Medical Center in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. He experienced complications while on vacation.
Jason was born on June 1, 1973 in Paulding, Ohio the son of Jerry and Pauline (Manz) Carnahan. On January 2, 2002, Jason married Danielle Hale. Jason held several positions in his life, including Spartech for 15 years, as a supervisor at Lafarge for 4 years, and in various capacities of retail for many years. He was a member of the National Rifle Association. Jason was also a member of the Junction Apostolic Christian Church. He was an avid fisherman and hunter. He loved nothing more than spending time with his family and friends.
Along with his wife and parents, Jason is survived by his children: Owen Carnahan, Fort Riley, KS; Destiny Fitzpatrick, Valley Center, KS; Kelsey Hale, Paulding, OH; Kaylen Hale, Paulding, OH; Abbie Leaman, Melrose, OH; brother, Nathan Carnahan, Andover, KS; sisters, Liza (Chris) Scanland, Muluane, KS and Katie (Joshua) Womack, Derby, KS; grandchildren, Greyson Schroeder and Calvin Carnahan; five nieces, five nephews, and one great niece. He is preceded in death by his brother, Lucas Carnahan.
Visitation will be 2:00 P.M. – 8:00 P.M. on Tuesday, April 26, 2022 at Den Herder Funeral Home. There will also be visitation at 9:30 A.M. prior to services on Wednesday at Junction Apostolic Christian Church.
Funeral service will be conducted 10:30 A.M, Wednesday, April 27, 2022 at Junction Apostolic Christian Church with church clergymen officiating. Burial will follow in Dotterer Cemetery, Auglaize Township.
