Students in Antwerp Elementary’s K-3 Title I program are leaving school for the summer with an Antwerp Archer backpack for summer reading. The backpacks are filled with approximately seven assorted fiction and nonfiction books picked by students around their reading level, bookmarks, Scholastic News magazines, a road trip fun pack, a dry erase pocket and marker with practice pages, and a reading poster. The backpacks also contain math books to practice skills. Thanks to Title I teacher Pam Bailey for organizing the backpack program!
