On August 24 the police department was contacted for a minor motor vehicle accident on S. Main St.
On August 25 the police department was called to Antwerp Local School for an accident. The accident was investigated and a report made.
On August 26 Antwerp Police Department received a fall detection alarm at the Manor House. An officer responded and determined the was set off accidentally.
On August 26 a resident of W. River stated she loaned a man that lived on Rd. 250 her lawn mower with the agreement that he mowed her lawn in exchange for the mower. She stated he mowed her lawn twice and stopped mowing. A report was prepared.
On August 2 SAC Finance contacted the police department to inform them that they had repo-ed a vehicle from a resident on N. Main St.
On August 28 Dollar General reported an individual there was observed taking several items. The individual was located outside by officer. An investigation was conducted and the individual was charged with theft.
On August 28 an employee of Sunoco reported a debit card was found. The card was brought to police department and secured.
On August 28 a resident of North Garden Apartment contacted the police department in reference to her having no contact number or emergency numbers for the apartment manager. She requested that it be documented so if something happened she had a report made. She said she had tried calling all the numbers on her contact sheet but no one would answer.
On August 29 a resident of Leinard Mobile Home Park reported receiving unwanted messages from an ex-girlfriend in Defiance.
On August 30 a resident of W. River St. reported that their daughter had not been to school since it started because she refused to go. The person reported they leave prior to school starting and is not there to make her go. The police department contacted the school SRO and arrangements were made for the parent to drop the student off at the school before going to work.
On August 30 in the 600 block of N. Main St. a tree limb fell on a power line. North Main was blocked and the area secured until the power company could arrive and remove the limb and make the area safe.
On August 30 resident of North Garden Apartments called the police at 1:30 a.m and stated they had just realized the safe that was in their house under the bed was missing. Information was obtained and an investigation started.
On August 30 Antwerp Police Department received a request to do welfare check on a resident of 512 W. River. An officer went to the location and determined the individual was ok.
On August 31 the administrator contacted the police department in reference to a water meter that was turned back on on Dagget St. A report was prepared and turned over to the prosecutor for review.
On September 4 a resident at Sunoco requested the police unlock her vehicle. A vehicle unlock was performed.
On September 5 Antwerp Police Department received a call of loud music on Buffalo. An officer went and spoke to the resident and the resident was sited.
On September 5 Antwerp Police Department was contacted in reference to 2 dogs running loose around the tennis court. The owner was located and the dogs were turned over.
