Saturday, September 10th was the day to learn and celebrate in the agriculture community as Mercer Landmark (Latty Agronomy facility) hosted The AGrow Expo event. During the morning and afternoon, farmers had the opportunity to take part in sessions to keep up to date with the latest in farming — Global Trends and their Impact on the local Granin Markets with Kirk Roetgerman and Aaron Ulland.
Later in the afternoon, attendees also had the opportunity to have a tour of the Latty Agronomy facility, and it is more than meets the eye, that’s for sure. The public enjoyed a festive evening of entertainment by Jay and Julia Riethman and Forty Acre along with Food trucks, and kids activities — inflatables, bouncy house, face painting and axe throwing!
