Last week JH had a race Thursday night at Adams Central against three other teams in the ACAC Conference. For the girls Maddie Gentz won the race with a time of 12:49. For the boys, Nathan Culler got 3rd place with a time of 11:53 and Eli Washler was 4th with a time of 12:14.
Last Saturday we took all four teams to Indiana Wesleyan. This is normally a very fast course, but it turned out to be a very hot race. Both the HS ladies and men finished in 4th place. For the HS lady warriors, Katy Niles led the team coming in 6th place with a time of 21:30. Following close behind was Mae Emenhiser in 9th place with a time of 21:41, Cara Chen in 33rd place with a time of 23:48, Riley Zent in 52nd place with a time of 25:25, Morgan Miller in 61st place with a time of 26:19, Grace Martin in 64th with a time of 26:34, and Jordyn Kline in 75th with a time of 27:48. For the HS guys, Carter Hohenbrink led the team coming in 9th place with a time of 18:02, Nate Lockridge was in 10th place with a time of 18:08, Brady Garrison was in 33rd place with a time of 18:59, Collin Klepper was in 67th place with a time of 20:14, Ryan Hubbart was in 69th with a time of 20:18, Johnathan Baxter was in 72nd place with a time of 20:25 and Cooper McDaniel was in 81st with a time of 20:50.
For the JH teams, the girls finished 6th and the boys finished 5th. The girls were led by Maddie Gentz finishing 3rd with a time of 13:04. Brooklyn Hetrick was in 23rd place with a time of 14:55, Findley Harnish was in 45th place with a time of 16:16, Addisyn Gentz was in 49th place with a time of 16:21, Addy Carter was in 56th with a time of 16:50, Lenae Lothamer was in 70th place with a time of 17:49 and Lexi Ice was in 81st with a time of 19:39. For the boys, Nathan Culler finished in 7th place with a time of 11:41, Eli Washler in 17th place with a time of 12:24, Malachi Thulner place 21st in a time of 12:44, Cruz Lipscomb was in 39th place with a time of 14:13, Stephen Pavelek was in 50th place with a time of 14:48, Ayden Detrick was in 54th place with a time of 15:04 and Miles Walton was in 94th place with a time of 18:03.
