October 29 — Costume Parade & Judging – Parade line up at Antwerp Manor on Archer Dr. at 3:15 p.m. Parade will go through town to the Fire Department for the Costume Judging. Trick or Treat to follow, 5:00-6:30 p.m.
Payne:
October 29 — Trick or Treat: 4:30-6:00 p.m. for younger kids. Costume judging at the fire house, 6:00-6:30 p.m. Trick or Treat: 6:30-8:00 p.m. for the older kids. Be creative with glow objects to increase visibility.
Oakwood:
October 31 — Games & Activities at the EMS station during Trick or Treat, 5:00-7:00 p.m.
Grover Hill:
October 29 — Trick or Treat, 5:00-6:30 p.m.; Grover Hill Ball Association fundraiser dinner and raffle at the VFW, 4:30-7:00 p.m. Kids Activities at the Library, 5:00-7:00 p.m. Costume Judging at the Fire Department, 6:30 p.m.
Woodburn:
October 29 – Lions Club donuts at Clock Tower Plaza, 7:00-11:00 a.m. Chalk Walk, pumpkin decorating contest and Face Painting, 9:00 a.m. – 12:00 Noon. Trick or Treat 5:00-7:00 p.m. Halloween Party at the Woodburn Lutheran School gym with a costume contest, 7:30-8:00 p.m.
Paulding:
October 29 – Trick or Treat, 5:00-7:00 p.m. Parade, starting at the library, (sponsored by the Lions Club and Kiwanis Club), 3:00 p.m. Judging will be at the gazebo on the courthouse lawn.
New Haven:
October 31 — Trick or Treat, 4:00-6:00 p.m.
Harlan:
October 31 — Trick or Treat, 5:30-7:30 p.m.
