On September 24th, an officer was called to a local business for an individual there that wouldn’t leave.
On September 25th, an officer was called to Dollar General for an individual that allegedly stole items. Officer went to the location, investigated and prepared a report.
On September 26th, Officers were called to a resident on Harrmann for an individual that was deceased.
On September 29th a resident on Woodland Dr. reported what looked like a salesman going door to door selling. The officer checked and no permit had been issued. The officer went to the location, located the individual and explained that he needed a permit prior to selling. A warning was issued.
On September 30th, an officer was requested on Washington St. for parents to exchange custody.
On September 30th, a resident of Payne reported he had lost his wallet, he believed in the Village of Antwerp at a local business. The officer attempted to locate the wallet. On October 1st the individual called and said he had located the wallet.
On October 1st, a vehicle was stopped on S. Erie St. The driver was sited for driving under suspension and fictitious registration and the vehicle was towed.
On October 1st, Antwerp Police Department received an alarm at a downtown business. Officer responded and secured the building.
On October 2nd, an officer was called to a residence for possible overdose. Officer responded, then contacted Antwerp EMS. Antwerp EMS transported the individual to the hospital.
On October 3rd, a resident of the village requested a golf cart inspection. Inspection was performed.
On October 4th, a former resident of the village called and said she and her husband were going through a divorce and requested an officer go with her so she could have visitation with her dog. She was advised to contact her attorney and have the attorney go with her.
On October 7th, an incident of child abuse was reported. Antwerp Police Department investigated and a report was prepared.
On October 7th, a resident of Hicksville reported being harassed by a resident of the Village of Antwerp. The case was investigated.
On October 7th, a report was received that the person received documentation from IRS and believed it was a scam. The case was investigated and it was indeed a scam.
On October 11th, a welfare check requested for an individual in the village. Officer located the individual and determined everything was okay.
On October 12th, an officer assisted Antwerp EMS at a residence.
On October 12th, a resident reported suspected child sex abuse. The call was investigated and it was determined it was an incident that happened years prior, the case had been investigated and the individual prosecuted.
On October 13th, a resident of the village requested a vehicle unlock. The car was unlocked.
On October 13th, a resident of Main St called to complain about the downtown speakers.
