Tradition is what so much of the holidays are all about. Very few traditions are as widely enjoyed as Charles Dickens’ A Christmas Carol!
With that in mind, we offer up a modern setting of the wonderful story in this musical, It’s Christmas, Carol! In this instance, Ebenezer Scrooge is replaced by his elfin understudy, Carol, the grumpiest elf in the North Pole. The Cratchetts are replaced with a family of overworked elves and the Ghosts of Christmas Past, Present and Future reappear to play their role as reflectors of a grumpy person’s life, with the end result being a festive change of heart and an abundance of Yuletide cheer.
The 4th, 5th, 6th grade musical will be December 8, 2022 at 2:00 p.m. And 7:00 p.m. at Grover Hill Elementary School, 101 North Monroe St. Grover Hill, OH.
