EDGERTON, OH:
Darlene S. Merriman, 64, of Edgerton, Ohio, passed away on Monday, January 9, 2023. She was born on May 26, 1958 in Bryan, Ohio, a daughter of the late Willard and Evelyn (Ridge) Merriman. She worked as a Billing Office Manager at nursing homes, most recently at Park View Care Center. She previously worked at other nursing facilities, American Red Cross, as a Phlebotomist, and also had been a CPR instructor. But, above all she was well known for her heart of gold. In her free time, she enjoyed spending time with her family, clowning around, and her pets. Surviving family include her children, Dan (Tara) Denny, Allie Fillmore, and Jenny Fillmore; granddaughter, Evelyn; sister, Barbara (Scott) Blue; brother, Charles (Priscilla) Merriman; and former spouses, Billy Denny and Keith Fillmore. Besides her parents, she was preceded in passing by her sister, Carol Wheeler. A celebration of life gathering will be on Saturday, February 4, 2023 at Miller Park Shelter, from 12:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m., 300 Miller Park Drive Edgerton, Ohio 43517.
