ANTWERP, OH:
Arlene A. Billman, 91, of Antwerp, passed away Tuesday, February 21, 2023 at Vancrest of Hicksville.
Arlene was born in Paulding on September 18, 1931, a daughter of the late Anne (Burnos) & Russell Clinton.
Many will remember Arlene from her many years working in the Antwerp School Cafeteria. She was well known for her laughter and antics while serving many kids throughout the years. Arlene was very active in her church as well. She was a part of the Altar Rosary Society at St. Mary’s Catholic Church and spent many church festivals making the famous noodles.
