The Payne Fire Department announces that it will be hosting its annual Pancake and Sausage Breakfast on April 8, 2023. The breakfast will take place at the Payne Elementary cafeteria from 6:00 – 11:00 a.m. during the PASS basketball marathon. Carryout and local delivery available.
