Many locals remember the tragic fire that the swept through the kitchens at Paulding Pancake House last year. The Martinez family wanted to continue to serve Paulding County with delicious food and a relaxing atmosphere, so they pursued on opportunity that arose down the road outside of Paulding. Vagabond Village closed shop their doors as the family there wanted to retire from the business. The building and property were up for sale and local resident Amy Schlegel purchase the building. This was the door opening that the Martinez family was waiting for and they collaborated together to make the appropriate renovations to open Paulding Pancake House once again.
Paulding Pancake House had a soft opening this past week beginning on Monday May 22, 2023 with breakfast and lunch hours. Come ready to dine in a freshly renovated building and their legendary menu and exceptional staff.
Hours are Monday and Tuesday 7:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m., Wednesday thru Friday, 7:00 a.m. – 8:00 p.m., Saturday and Sunday, 7:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m.
