The Wayne Trace Performing and Visual Arts Departments hosted their annual Senior Citizens’ Meal on December 6 with over 120 people in attendance. Choir and band students spread their holiday cheer with a variety of songs to accompany the meal.
The event was decorated with centerpiece baskets made by students in grades 7-12 under the guidance of local artist Jayne Smith as part of an Art Possible Ohio Grant. Placemats, holiday cards, and ornament favors were made with the help of the Wayne Trace Art Technology classes along with Payne and Grover Hill Elementary students through the support of an Ohio Arts Council Grant.
