Hicksville, Ohio – Andres O’Neil & Lowe Insurance agency, an insurance broker with locations in Archbold, Bryan and Wauseon, has added its fourth office. The company has acquired King-Kreg Insurance Agency of Hicksville, Ohio.
“After 50 years at King-Kreg Insurance Agency, the decision to retire and sell did not come without careful consideration. The priority in this process was finding an agency that would ensure my clients would continue to receive a high level of service,” said Pat King, previous owner of King-Kreg. “With that in mind, it led me to handpick Andres O’Neil & Lowe Insurance Agency. I am nothing but impressed with their service model and know my clients will feel the same. Thank you to everyone who placed their trust in King-Kreg over the years.”
King retired on December 31, 2023, and the acquisition became official on January 1, 2024. Andres O’Neil and Lowe will maintain the existing office located at 136 E. High Street, along with all of King-Kreg’s service offerings and insurance carriers. Hillary Guilford, insurance advisor at Andres O’Neil and Lowe, will oversee the Hicksville location.
“I am thrilled that Andres O’Neil & Lowe will now have an office in Hicksville so I can serve my community in a new capacity,” Guilford, who is also a Hicksville resident, said. “I look forward to working with familiar faces and hopefully some new as well.”
The Hicksville office is now operating under the Andres O’Neil & Lowe name and with new hours. The office is open Monday-Thursday, 8:30 a.m.-4:30 p.m. and Friday, 8:30 a.m.-3 p.m. and can be reached at 800-636-0983, 419-636-0132 (fax), and agency@andresins.com.
“We currently have many clients who live and do business in Hicksville. As a result, we have had our eye on Hicksville as a logical place to expand if the opportunity presented itself,” said Kevin Morton, president of Andres O’Neil & Lowe. “Our relationship with Pat began a few years ago and when it came time for her to retire, we were honored with the opportunity to continue serving her clients. We are excited for Hillary Guilford to lead the team in Hicksville and build on the legacy King-Kreg has left in the community.”
