Sarah R. Shuherk is running for Paulding County Recorder. She is a lifelong resident of Paulding County, a graduate of Paulding High School and Northwest State Community College. Currently, Sarah lives in Antwerp with her husband, Chris, and two daughters, Emma and Eden.
Sarah enjoys spending time with her family and attending school functions. She is actively involved in the Antwerp Music Boosters and also a co-leader of her daughter’s Girl Scout Troop. Sarah and her family are members of Divine Mercy Catholic Parish.
Sarah has worked in the Recorder’s Office as a deputy recorder since 2013 and sees running for Recorder as the next step. She is excited for the opportunity to continue the preservation of Paulding County’s records. Sarah plans to progress the modernization of the Recorder’s Office as technology advances.
