The Heritage Lions Club wrapped up their Charis House project by delivering several needed items to the Charis House in Fort Wayne, including over 60 pairs of leggings, several t-shirts, towels and wash cloths, and various toiletry products. A matching Thrivent Action Team card was used to purchase several of the items. The Charis House is a division of the Rescue Mission, helping homeless women go from thriving to surviving.
The Heritage Lions motto is “We Serve” and we welcome anyone who wishes to help their local community to contact a Heritage Lion.
