The Kiwanis Club of Paulding County was privileged to have Shannon Ruschel (Director, WMEA of Paulding County) as the guest speaker at the March 28, 2024, club meeting. Shannon is a fellow Kiwanian and spoke to the group about the WMEA Program, how it has evolved over the years, and what future programming may look like.
