Premier Bank is pleased to announce that Tammy Chmielewski has been promoted to Vice President, Retail District Manager serving the Bank’s Northwest Ohio retail district.
Chmielewski has 28 years of banking experience. She joined the Premier family in 2020 as the Branch Manager of the Montpelier office and most recently served as the Branch Manager of the Bryan office. In her new role, she will use her vast experience and leadership skills to motivate her teams to consistently pursue the Bank’s mission and create a work environment based on the OWN IT (Opportunity, Wisdom, Nurture, Integrity and Teamwork) core values. Chmielewski will
support the 11 branches in her market to ensure consistent goal achievements are met while providing excellent customer service every step of the way.

Chmielewski is OH Life, Health and Annuities licensed and also holds her Series 6, Series 63 and SIE licenses. She is a member of the Montpelier Chamber of Commerce. She enjoys spending her free time participating in local community events in Bryan and Montpelier. Chmielewski currently resides in Bryan, OH with her husband of 33 years, Troy. They have two adult sons and a daughter-in-law.
