IF GOD IS FOR US, WHO CAN BE AGAINST US?

Do you know that God is for you? That He loves you? That He is in you?

We often see God as some outside force that is separate from us, but the fact is, God is a Holy Spirit and He desires a body/vessel to live in and operate through. Since He created us in His image, what could be a more suitable host than us.

Those of us who have accepted Jesus Christ as our lord and savior have invited Him to live and operate in us. Once we’ve allowed Christ to live in us, as the head of our lives, we no longer operate in the same self-centered and controlling manner that we use to when we were ruled by fear, and we know that fear is of the devil. When we succumb to fear related spirits such as anxiety, fear and doubt, insecurity and lack or fear of lack, it’s usually precipitated by a lack of intimate contact with God.

Looking into the future without God causes anxiety. Likewise, looking at the past without God causes depression. The closer our relationship with God, the more peace we possess. The more Peace we possess, the more we are able to receive the abundant life that Jesus Christ desires for us. Jesus Christ gives us a holy perspective with clarity, weather we are looking forward or in retrospect.

In our past lives we attempted to manipulate every detail of our lives to a certain desired outcome to suite our fleshly desires. Now we let go and let God. We trust God in all situations.

In our new selves, when uncertainty presents itself, it doesn’t send us in a tailspin, it sends us to our knees seeking the father for direction. What then shall we say in response to these things? If God is for us, who can be against us? He who did not spare his own son, but gave him up for us all-how will He not also, along with him, graciously give us all things?  (Romans 8:31-32) NIV.

So, relax, God is for you! No one can stand against you.

Peace and Love,
