WT Raider PBIS End of the Year Drawing Winners

Pictured above are the Raiders who qualified for the final drawing for the e-bike through the PBIS system at Wayne Trace Local Schools.

Wayne Trace Junior-Senior High School just finished its 2023-2024 school year with a variety of PBIS activities and give-aways, thanks to our sponsors including Lee Kinstle GM Sales and Service, Grover Hill VFW Post 2873, Van Wert Cinemas, and the Sorensen Family.  PBIS (Positive Behavioral Interventions and Supports) is an evidence-based framework used in Ohio districts and schools throughout the country to improve academic, social, and behavior outcomes for all students.  The Raider PBIS system included an attendance incentive with an end-of-the-year drawing for an electric bike in addition to quarterly rewards drawings that included approximately 75 prizes every nine weeks.  The prize raffles were for students in grades 7 through 12 who earned tickets throughout the year by demonstrating their Respectfulness, Responsibility, and Readiness.

Pictured is junior Ryan Bostelman who won this year’s grand prize electric bike donated by Lee Kinstle. Congratulations to all!

Wayne Trace Junior/Senior High would like to thank all of these sponsors for helping to reward students who have demonstrated that they are Respectful, Responsible, and Ready to be the best Raiders they can be!
