Virginia Paulus, a long-time supporter and former board of director of the Paulding County Area Foundation has funded a scholarship through the Paulding County Area Foundation, which is available to university/college students entering their junior year, or third year of studies at an Ohio college or university and graduating from Paulding High School. Awarded for the 2023 -2024 school year are Ella Cook, attending Ohio Northern University majoring in Early Childhood Education and Audrey Giesige majoring in Special Education.
