During the Paulding County Fair, the Paulding FFA had many members participate in a variety of activities throughout the week. This year’s fair was June 8th-15th, with many activities going each day from livestock shows to still project judgings. On Monday, several members participated in the annual Jr. Fair King and Queen contest. 1st runner-up king was Johnny Lipps and Jamy Hunt was 1st runner-up queen. The 2nd runner-up queen was Ally Jo Merriman with Owen Workman being 2nd runner-up king.

Every Paulding FFA member had at least one project at the fair this year. This year there were over 40 animal projects and over 100 still projects. The still projects this year included lamps, electrical boards, concrete stepping stones, SAE poster and metal Boot scrapers. Jamy Hunt won a plaque for the BEST SAE project poster along with the BEST Electrical project,  Konner Clemens won the BEST Metal Working project and Sam Reinhard won the BEST Concrete project.  The chapter also had a lot of members win awards with their livestock projects as well as several members placing 1st and 2nd in many of their livestock classes. The members were also very busy helping in the FFA Alumni Sausage Stand and serving on the Paulding County Jr. Fairboard helped to run the livestock shows.  The Paulding FFA had a very successful year at the Paulding County Fair, the chapter is excited for next year! Paulding FFA would like to thank everyone for their support of our members at the livestock sale and throughout the year.
