The Kiwanis Club of Paulding County was privileged to have Jessica Robbins (Director , Northwest Ohio CASA) as the guest speaker at the July 25, 2024, club meeting. Jessica came at the invitation of Erica Noggle (Executive Director, Paulding Area Chamber of Commerce ). Jessica spoke to the Kiwanians about Northwest Ohio CASA, it is a non-profit organization that trains community volunteers to advocate for children who have experienced abuse and/ or neglect.
