The Defiance Area Foundation (DAF) awarded $2,400 to @unitedwaydefiance for KinderCamp books/supplies, during our last grant cycle in March. KinderCamp took place at the beginning of August and is typically held at the 5 public elementary schools in Defiance County. This year Ayersville, Fairview, Hicksville and Tinora participated with 66 incoming kindergarteners. Represented in this photos are Kindergarten students from Ayersville and Fairview schools.
