On Monday, September 2nd the Paulding FFA Chapter had 30 members walk in the Annual Oakwood Homecoming parade to represent our chapter. They had a FFA float that the Kilgore family helped to put together and the FFA members handed out candy to the parade goers. Then there were 10 members that stayed to help with kids’ games and activities as a yearly community service project. The kids could play on the bouncy houses that were at the Oakwood Park along with other games. Our members really enjoyed helping and celebrating Oakwood homecoming. It was such a fun and great opportunity for the FFA Chapter to support our local community and learn by the FFA motto of living to serve!
