Antwerp Police Reports

On August 16, the police department was contacted about a person acting belligerent at North Garden Apartments. The officer arrived and talked with the individual until he calmed down.

On August 19, the police department was contacted by Fisher Towing and Recovery. They notified the office that they were retrieving a vehicle on W. River St.

On August 21, while on patrol an officer observed a motorcycle wreck along south Erie St. The officer assisted and the driver was cited for no motorcycle endorsement. 

On August 27, a vehicle was stopped for speeding. The driver was cited for speeding and driving under suspension. 

On August 30, the police received a complaint in reference to telephone harassment. The individual making the calls was contacted and told to not make calls to the individual anymore.

On August 30, a resident on Mervin St. requested her vehicle be unlocked. The officer responded and assisted with unlocking the vehicle.

On August 30, the Police department received a call in reference to a neighbor being harassed by another resident on North Main Street. The Officer responded and talked to all involved and forwarded a report to the prosecutor.

On August 31, a vehicle was pulled over for a loud exhaust. The driver was cited for the loud exhaust and driving under suspension. 

On September 1, a motor vehicle accident was reported at Main Street and Antwerp Drive. An officer responded and, one of the drivers was cited for unassured cleared distance. 

On September 1, a resident of South Main Street called and complained about the speakers and thought they should be removed. The officer made a report and forwarded it to the mayor.

On September 2, a resident of North Gardens Apartments called to say a neighbor was playing loud music & being noisy. Officer spoke to neighbor and asked them to keep noise down.
