Friday, September 6th, the Paulding FFA officers attended Mercer Landmark’s AGrow Expo. The officers attended sessions that were great learning opportunities. The officers had the chance to learn about corn and soybean diseases, as well as different farming practices and techniques, such as carbon farming, that Mercer Landmark and other companies are using. In the afternoon, the officers listened to the Peterson Brothers speak about their family farm and their social media platform they use to educate others, they are known for their farm song parodies. Then on Saturday, September 7th,  20 members of the Paulding FFA went to Mercer Landmark to help with the kids games at their community event. Students were able to help run the games and the kiddie tractor pull as well as interact with the people around them. We want to thank Mercer Landmark for including the Paulding FFA Chapter!
