Tin Roof Sunday in Monroeville!

Mark your calendars!   Mullins Express Train will be giving rides around Monroeville on Sunday, October 6. Stop at the new Visitor’s Center at 206 Ohio Street from 1-4 p.m. and get your ticket to ride the train. On the return, passengers will be invited to come back to the ‘station’ to enjoy a Tin Roof Sundae. 

The Tin Roof Sundae is a classic, nostalgic dessert that brings together creamy vanilla ice cream, rich chocolate sauce, and the salty crunch of Spanish peanuts.

Sound good?  That will be the treat served at the Tin Roof Train Ride event on Sunday, October 6, by the Four Presidents Corners Historical Society. Topped with whipped cream, chocolate sprinkles, and a bright cherry, this sundae is both simple and indulgent, perfect for satisfying your sweet tooth!  

Plan to bring your family for this event as you support the local historical society’s quest to preserve our history. All ages will enjoy the tour and a sweet treat on Tin Roof Sunday. It is sure to be a hit  Twelve passengers will be boarded on each trip. Free will donation accepted with proceeds going towards improvements at the Visitors Center.
