The Van Wert County Agricultural Society, the managing organization of the Van Wert County Fairgrounds, is pleased to announce the new LED Sign at Gate 2 is complete.

When you drive by the fairgrounds on Washington Street the new LED Sign located at the Gate 2 entrance is sure to catch your attention. The Van Wert County Agricultural would like to thank the following organizations for their support towards the LED Sign project. Thank you to the Van Wert County Foundation for their support in the amount of $8,000. Thank you to the Van Wert Rotary Club for choosing this project last year for their rotary auction and for their support in the amount of $25,783.42. Thank you to the Ohio Department of Development for the grant in the amount of $106,831.54 of which part of these funds were designated towards the sign.

With the new sign we are better able to educate our audience about reminders, upcoming events and more information, as well as enhance the fairgrounds.
