Antwerp Wrestling recently participated in the Defiance Tri-State Border Wars on December 27th and 28th, competing against approximately 56 teams from the region.
The team delivered an impressive performance, with several wrestlers showcasing their skills on the mat. Dominic Laker finished with a 1-2 record, including one pin. Kamren Johnson fought hard to achieve a 3-2 record, while Braxton Peters competed with a 0-2 record. Zac Salas earned 6th place with a 4-3 record, including one pin, and Skyler Octaviano completed the tournament with a 2-2 record and one pin. Gage Clevinger recorded a 0-2 finish, Griffin Kosch secured a 1-2 record with one pin, and Jarod Traxler competed with a 0-2 record.
Antwerp’s wrestlers demonstrated determination and sportsmanship throughout the event, representing their community with pride.
