Ann’s Bright Beginnings recently had a ‘no school – snow day’ and invited Mrs. Anna Gurney from Paulding Soil and Water. She brought along pelts and talked with our school agers about hibernation and how the animals survive the winter months. We did an experiment with ice water and lard and also did a bear craft together.
