The Kiwanis Club of Paulding County was privileged to have Scott Strahley, (Paulding County Engineer), as the guest speaker at the February 27, 2025, club meeting. Scott came at the invitation of Erica Noggle (Executive Director, Paulding Area Chamber of Commerce – Ohio). Scott spoke to the Kiwanians about the functionality of the Paulding Engineering office. Scott explained general performance, current and future projects and funding within Paulding County.
