Paulding Elementary Students Raise Funds for Memorial

The Paulding Elementary School (K-5 grades) raised $887.63 for the Paulding Veterans Memorial construction fund.

During the 2024 – 2025 school year, the Paulding Elementary School held a competition to see which grade could raise the largest amount of money that would be put towards a donation to the Paulding Veterans Memorial. Mrs. Keller’s kindergarten class raised the most and for their efforts, her students were rewarded with an ice cream treat. They requested that John Daeger, Commander of John Paulding VFW Post 587, participate in the ice cream treat event with them.

To amplify their efforts, both the Paulding Fraternal Order of Eagles #2405 and John Paulding VFW Post #587 pledged to match their donations, dollar-for dollar, up to $4,000. Their match raises the Paulding Elementary School’s donation total to $2,662.89!

Congratulations to the students and teachers of Paulding Elementary School for their hard work and generous donation!
