“After learning about Senator McColley’s retirement, I felt it was the right time to offer my experience and leadership to the Senate,” Hoops said. He emphasized the importance of economic development and infrastructure, particularly advocating for the improvement of the US 127 exit in Cecil and the Ohio Route 49 exit at Antwerp, which he believes could significantly benefit from water and electric infrastructure upgrades.
