For her principal internship, Mrs. Teresa Pfeiffer implemented the “Arthur Interactive Media (AIM) Buddy Project” which is a cross-grade buddy program between the fourth and first grade students at Wayne Trace Payne Elementary School in order to promote social, emotional, and character development and to build school unity.
